Weh Island or Pulau Weh or Pulo Weh is a small active volcanic island to the northwest of Sumatra. It was originally connected to the Sumatran mainland and became separated by sea after the volcano's last eruption in the Pleistocene era. The island is situated in the Andaman Sea. The largest city on the island, Sabang, is the westernmost outpost of Indonesia.

PULAU WEH is One of Indonesian Popular Tourist Destination belong to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. the islan can be reached from banda Aceh ULEE LHEU SEA PORT by Using speed boat which will take 45 minutes to the destination or bay FERRY which will take TWO HOURS.
SABANG is a small town 10 KM to the North from BALOHAN Sea Ports, while GAPANG, I’BOIH and PULAU RUBIAH are about 30 Km drive by Land Transportation.
