According to the Head of Culture and Tourism City of Surakarta, Purnomo Subagyo, SBC is able to suck up an estimated tens of thousands of visitors who thronged along Jalan Slamet Riyadi.
"SBC is in addition to introducing and developing the creativity of batik, also preserving the culture of the community," he said.
